These Terms & Conditions govern all travel planning, consulting, reservations, and travel arrangements made through Altitude Travel Club, operating under TravelOnly Inc. (TICO Registration No. 4316071).
By requesting our services, providing payment, or authorizing us to book travel on your behalf, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Altitude Travel Club acts as an independent travel advisor and booking agent for airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, destination management companies, transportation providers and other travel suppliers.
We arrange travel services on your behalf but do not own, operate or control those services.
All travel arrangements remain subject to the terms and conditions of the individual suppliers.
Reservations are not confirmed until:
required deposits are received
supplier confirms availability
written confirmation has been issued
Quoted prices are subject to availability and may change without notice until confirmed.
Many travel suppliers require immediate deposits.
Unless otherwise stated:
deposits are non-refundable
supplier cancellation penalties apply
deposits cannot be transferred without supplier approval
Final payment dates vary by supplier.
Failure to pay by the due date may result in:
automatic cancellation
loss of deposits
additional supplier penalties
Altitude Travel Club cannot reinstate cancelled bookings.
Travel pricing is dynamic.
Prices may change because of:
airline fare increases
exchange rate fluctuations
taxes
fuel surcharges
supplier pricing changes
Only fully paid and ticketed reservations are protected from price increases where permitted by supplier policy.
Changes after confirmation are considered a new service request.
Any modification may incur:
supplier fees
airline penalties
hotel penalties
cruise line fees
Altitude Travel Club professional service fees
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation penalties vary according to supplier terms.
No refunds are available for:
missed flights
unused hotel nights
unused excursions
early departures
no-shows
Airlines may change:
departure times
aircraft
routes
airports
Altitude Travel Club will assist in resolving schedule changes whenever possible; however, final decisions remain with the airline.
Travellers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess:
valid passports
visas
vaccination documentation
travel authorizations
health documentation
required entry permits
Denied boarding or denied entry remains the traveller's responsibility.
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Coverage should include:
medical emergencies
trip cancellation
trip interruption
baggage
evacuation
supplier insolvency where available
Declining insurance means you accept all financial risks associated with your trip.
Each traveller is responsible for determining whether travel is appropriate for their personal health circumstances.
Government travel advisories should be reviewed before departure.
Altitude Travel Club is not liable for delays, cancellations or disruptions resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
weather
natural disasters
strikes
political unrest
pandemics
government actions
airline operational issues
supplier insolvency
Travel services are provided by independent suppliers.
Altitude Travel Club cannot guarantee:
hotel quality
airline schedules
weather
destination conditions
cruise itineraries
excursions
Responsibility rests solely with the supplier providing the service.
Altitude Travel Club shall not be liable for:
personal injury
illness
property loss
delays
missed connections
additional expenses
supplier failure
except where required by applicable law.
Personal information is collected solely for the purpose of arranging travel and is handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
